Cue to You includes 2, one hour online sessions that faciltate learning how to create healthy boundaries and improve communication skills. Using a combination of expressive prompts including simple creative writing and image gathering (magazine image without words or simple doodles or sketching), you will explore your comfort zones and how to express those in proactive ways. Grounded in a combintion of ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), you'll journey on with some tips to mastering what your emotions, thoughts and body help you understand about what is important to you to develop more satisfying interactions with others.
